Returning Hire Equipment

To help us maintain high hygiene and safety standards, please return all equipment in a clean condition.

Items returned requiring additional cleaning may incur a cleaning fee

Electrical Equipment

For safety and handling reasons, electrical hire equipment cannot be returned in-store.

Our team will arrange collection directly from your home or nominated location.

Need More Time?

If you need to keep the equipment longer than originally planned, please contact us before your hire period ends. We can discuss extending your hire, subject to availability.

Cleaning & Sanitisation

A sanitisation charge is included in the hire fee for all hire equipment.
