Do you have shop I can visit?

No, we are working towards opening a shop in the future but until then we are a mobile delivery service.

When will I get my order?

All orders are dispatched on the next available delivery day. 

Can my equipment be setup for me in my home?

Yes, please contact us. This does not cost anymore but requires some coordination. 

I have finished with my hire equipment, can I drop it back to you?

Yes, please get in contact with us to arrange. We have a 3 drop off points, Salisbury, Fulham Gardens and Reynella.

How do I pay for my product or hire equipment?

We accept all major credit and debit cards. We use Stripe and PayPal as our payment provider. They use the highest grade of payment processing security thus keeping your information safe and secure.

Can I purchase the equipment I currently have on hire?

Yes, please contact us for a pay out figure.

My 2 week minimum hire period is about to expire but I need it for longer. Can I extend the hire?

Of course you can, please contact us to arrange an extension for a period of time that suits you.

I can see that your minimum hire period is for 2 weeks but I only need to hire for 1 week can you still assist?

Yes, although our minimum charge is 2 weeks, we can still collect the equipment or you can drop it back anytime before the 2 week period is finished.
