Delivery
We deliver all hires via an independent courier, this is usually a contactless service.
For setup and installation by Adelaide Mobility Equipment staff please specify in the order notes and one of our team will be in contact to arrange delivery. No additional fees apply however we cannot guarantee next day delivery.
Delivery is charged at the time of booking, when its time to return your items you can have it collected for a further $20.00 (excluding electrical items) or please speak with one of our team to discuss return locations.
Additional collections or multiple deliveries are charged separately and will incur additional delivery/collection fees.
At this time we are unable to deliver hires prior to the payment of the delivery fee, Minimum hire and the sanitisation fee.
Minimum Hire Fee
Our minimum hire period is 2 weeks, we charge a daily rate thereafter. Collection or the return of your hire items can be arranged for an earlier date however the minimum charge is 2 weeks.
Hire period can be extended, if you wish to extend please contact us to arrange for an extension prior to the end of the initial hire date to avoid any interruptions to your hire.
Sanitisation Fee
A sanitisation fee is applied to all hires, this is for the sanitisation of equipment.
When it comes time to return your items please ensure that they are cleaned as failure to do so may result in additional cleaning fees.
