Delivery

All hires are delivered via an independent courier unless arranged prior to delivery.

For setup and installation by Adelaide Mobility Equipment staff please specify in the order notes and one of our team will be in contact to arrange delivery. An additional delivery change will be applied for installation.

All hires are collected from the delivery address unless an alternate pick up address have been provided.

Delivery and collection fees must be paid at the time of booking the hire. The $40.00 delivery fee includes one delivery and one collection. Additional collections or multiple deliveries are charged separately. Hires will not be delivered without prior payment of Delivery, Collection Minimum hire and the sanitisation fee.

Minimum Hire Fee

Minimum hire period is 2 weeks. Collection can be arranged for an earlier date however the minimum charge is 2 weeks hire.

Hire period can be extended, please contact us to arrange for an extension prior to the end of the initial hire date.

Sanitisation Fee

A sanitisation fee is applied to all hires, this is for the sanitisation of items only. Goods are still required to be returned cleaned as failure to do so may result in further changes for additional cleaning.
