Do you have showroom I can visit?

Yes. We have a showroom located in Oakden at 191 Hilltop Drive, where you can view and discuss our equipment in person. Our showroom hours are Monday – Friday, 10:30am – 2:00pm excluding public holidays.

When will I receive my order?

All orders are dispatched on the next available business day within our delivery schedule.

Can my equipment be set up in my home?

Yes. Please contact us to arrange in-home setup. This service does not incur an additional cost but does require some coordination.

I have finished with my hire equipment, can I return it?

Yes. Please contact us to arrange a return or collection.

How do I pay for my product or hire equipment?

We accept all major credit and debit cards. Payments are securely processed via Stripe and PayPal, using industry-leading security to keep your information safe.

Can I purchase the equipment I currently have on hire?

In some cases, yes. Please contact us to discuss your options.

My hire period is ending, but I need it for longer. Can I extend the hire?

Absolutely. Please contact us and we’ll arrange an extension for a period that suits your needs.

I only need equipment for one week - can you still help?

Yes. While our minimum hire charge is two weeks, you may return the equipment or have it collected at any time within that period.
